Profile – Assembly line operator

Working duration – 8 Hours

Eligibility:We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at Furukawa Minda Electric Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹11275 - ₹13839 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI passed out in all trades

• Age: 18 - 25 Years

• Male & Female candidates

• Must having valid Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Bank Passbook / Cancel Cheque, Qualification

certificates & Resume with passport size photo.

Stipend Details:

• Monthly Stipend: ₹11,239

• OT: Double

• Attendance Award: ₹1000 Per month (For maintaining good attendance)

• Incentive: 1st week ₹500 & Last week ₹500 Per month (For maintaining good attendance)
