🔹 Job Role

We are looking for a Packaging & Finishing Executive to handle finishing, final quality checks, and packing of kurtis as per company quality standards and dispatch timelines.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Perform thread cutting, ironing, folding, tagging, and packing

• Ensure final quality check before packing (size, defects, stains, finishing)

• Follow approved packing standards and style-wise instructions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the finishing area

• Coordinate with QC and production teams for timely dispatch

• Ensure SOP compliance in finishing and packaging processes

🔹 Required Skills

• Knowledge of garment finishing and packing processes

• Attention to detail and quality orientation

• Ability to work under timelines and production targets

🔹 Experience & Qualification

• 1–2 years experience in garment finishing / packing

• Basic education; garment industry experience preferred
