Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Fabric Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle fabric sourcing, procurement, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure various types of fabrics (knits, wovens, cotton, synthetics, blends, etc.) based on production and design requirements.

  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with fabric suppliers and mills.

  • Coordinate with vendors for sample development, lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk approvals.

  • Maintain comprehensive fabric inventory records, tracking orders from placement to final delivery.

  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure fabrics meet technical specifications and company standards.

  • Collaborate closely with the design, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve any fabric-related issues.
