Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Director.
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Handle meeting preparations, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in strategic planning, project coordination, and daily operations.
Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
Graduate (preferred in Business Administration/Management or relevant field).
Proven experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
