Electrical Project Lead

Lead - Projects Electrical Responsibilities Project Management: Direct and manage the planning of 220 KV substations, coordination, and execution of electrical projects. Ensure alignment with project goals and effective delivery of electrical systems. Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to allocated resources. Identify and address budgetary issues as they arise. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project plans. Facilitate coordination and alignment across departments. System Oversight: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment. Ensure systems operate effectively and meet quality and performance standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance. Site Inspections: Perform site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Address and resolve any challenges promptly. Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical support for complex electrical issues. Offer solutions and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Strategic Contribution: Participate in project meetings to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. Communicate updates and concerns to stakeholders effectively. Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of project documentation, including technical drawings and reports.
