Job Description: Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Electrical Design Intern with basic knowledge of electrical CAD tools to support our electrical engineering team in design and documentation activities. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and modification of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical / Zuken E3 / EPLAN Support in preparing and maintaining electrical BOMs and technical documentation Assist in cable scheduling, termination drawings, and interconnection diagrams Coordinate with the design team for drawing reviews and design updates Help maintain and organise electrical drawing databases and project files Support in error checking and design validation activities as required Eligibility Criteria Currently pursuing or recently completed B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognised institution Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, Zuken E3, or EPLAN (any one preferred) Fundamental understanding of electrical schematics, control panel design, and wiring standards Good attention to detail and willingness to learn Basic proficiency in MS Office At Barry-Wehmiller we recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job.
