Dispatch Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION DISPATCH INCHARGE

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, schedule, and coordinate the dispatch of goods, materials, and vehicles to ensure on-time delivery.

● Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to maintain seamless dispatch operations.

● Act as a central point of contact between dispatch personnel, suppliers, clients, and management.

● Monitor routes and schedules, and promptly communicate any delays, issues, or changes.

● Maintain professional and effective customer relationships; address complaints or queries promptly.

● Prepare and maintain accurate logs, records, and reports related to dispatch activities.

● Troubleshoot and resolve dispatch-related issues such as vehicle breakdowns or route adjustments.

● Utilize MS Excel for tracking dispatch data and reporting; draft professional emails as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
