Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage the daily dispatch operations of finished garments. The role involves coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per client orders and documentation compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the dispatch of finished garments to domestic and export clients.

• Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation (invoices, packing list, E-way bills, etc.) for each shipment.

• Coordinate with transporters, courier agencies, and logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.

• Monitor dispatch schedules and prioritize urgent orders based on delivery deadlines.

• Maintain dispatch records, tracking sheets, and generate daily/weekly MIS reports.

• Conduct physical verification of garments before dispatch to ensure quality and quantity match the order.

• Manage inventory movement in coordination with the warehouse/store team.

• Handle customer communication for dispatch updates, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance with statutory norms for transport and logistics.

• Identify areas of improvement in the dispatch process and suggest operational efficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.

• 2-5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics in a garment/textile manufacturing setup.

• Strong understanding of garment packing norms and dispatch documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and basic data entry.

• Good coordination and communication skills (verbal & written).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with export shipment procedures (for export units).

• Experience working with courier aggregators or transport logistics platforms.

• Basic knowledge of GST, E-way bill generation, and commercial invoicing.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
