Job Summary:

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing the timely and accurate dispatch of steel products to customers, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and transportation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the dispatch of finished steel products to customers as per orders.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.

• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, LR (Lorry Receipt), etc.

• Ensure accurate loading of material as per customer specifications and order details.

• Track vehicle movements and provide status updates to customers and internal teams.

• Maintain records of dispatch, stock movement, and generate daily/weekly reports.

• Handle third-party transporters and negotiate for timely delivery.

• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms during loading and transportation.

• Resolve dispatch-related issues and escalate in case of delays or discrepancies.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, logistics, and transportation laws.

• Familiarity with ERP / SAP systems for dispatch and inventory management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Problem-solving ability and time management.

• Basic knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and documentation.
