Job Description

Position : Dispatch Executive

Location : Sachin
Experience : 3 to 6 Year in Same field.

Education : Graduation

Roles and Responsibility :

Efficiently coordinate the dispatching of materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to dispatch schedule.
Preparing of sales order, Checking the stock availability for the items for which the order received. Preparation of challan for dispatch and make sure, that no dispatch will be taking place without challan under any circumstances.
Fixation of the FG godown product/item wise for placing the FG in the godown.
Make sure that dispatch will be taking place as per the assigned/decided SOP.
Suggest correction in SOP as and when required.
Stock audit On Daily/Weekly/fortnightly/Monthly basis as per the requirement.
Ensure no dispatch delay and no error in dispatch.
Co-ordinate with the production team in case of shortage of any FG material.
