Job Title: Dispatch Executive / Dispatcher

Department: Logistics / Operations
Reports to: Logistics Manager / Operations Head
Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet coordination.

• Proficient in MS Office and dispatch/fleet management software (e.g., Fleet Complete, Track-POD).

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with local and regional geography and transport regulations.

Note: The company will shift to Shirwal in two months. Once it shifts, pickup and drop facilities, as well as a canteen facility, will be provided.
