Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of material as per client orders and delivery timelines.
Assign and track vehicles/drivers for deliveries and pickups.
Communicate with transporters and clients to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as delivery challans and transport bills.
Update customers with real-time delivery status.
Create and maintain sales invoices in Busy accounting software.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Gender: Male

Timings: 9am to 7pm

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: 15 to 17k
