Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and client teams for smooth project execution. Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones. Supervise hydro testing, boiler light-up, steam blowing, and commissioning activities. Review erection methodologies, work permits, and risk assessments. Manage manpower, equipment, and material availability at site. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project stakeholders. Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental, and HSE requirements. Qualifications Diploma / BE - Mechanical
