The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the sales, marketing, and service teams to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
CRM Data Management
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data.
Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues.
Customer Engagement & Communication
Assist in designing and executing customer communication campaigns (email, SMS, etc.).
Track customer interactions and follow up on leads and inquiries.
Coordinate customer feedback collection and share insights with relevant teams.
Sales & Marketing Support
Generate CRM-based reports for sales and marketing teams.
Support lead generation activities and track conversions.
Segment customer database for targeted marketing campaigns.
Process & System Optimization
Work closely with IT/CRM vendors to enhance system features.
Train staff on CRM usage and best practices.
Recommend improvements to streamline CRM processes.
