• Supervise all day-to-day construction activities.

• Ensure work is executed according to approved architectural and structural drawings.

• Coordinate with Architect, Structural Engineer, Contractors, and Vendors.

• Supervise excavation, RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.

• Monitor labour attendance and productivity.

• Verify material quantity and quality before use.

• Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete work, curing, and workmanship quality.

• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

• Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with photographs.

• Coordinate material delivery at site.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices.

• Report construction issues and delays immediately.

• Assist in measurement verification and contractor billing.

• Coordinate inspections whenever required.

• Maintain site documentation and records.
