Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator cum Office Assistant to manage daily data entry, computer operations, and provide administrative support. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office and data functions in our agricultural components manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry of production, inventory, and sales records into company systems.
Generate daily/weekly operational reports using MS Excel.
Manage front desk activities, calls, visitors, and correspondence.
Prepare basic commercial documents (invoices, quotations, shipping details).
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Assist with basic office administration and coordination.
Required Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; certification in computer applications.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Tally is a plus.
Prior experience in manufacturing/office roles preferred; freshers may apply.
