Position: Project Documentation Executive

Department: Project Team

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible professional for our Project Team who can efficiently handle documentation, Excel-based reporting, and PowerPoint presentations. The candidate should be comfortable with daily office work and possess good English typing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and maintain project-related documents using MS Word

• Handle data entry, MIS reports, and record management in MS Excel

• Create and modify PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for internal and external use

• Organize and maintain project data in a structured and systematic manner

• Support the project team with accurate and timely reports

• Draft official documents with good English typing speed and accuracy

Required Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint

• Good command over MS Word

• Good English typing skills

• Basic understanding of office and documentation processes

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate (any discipline)

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience

Working Days & Timing:

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
