📌 Position: CNC VMC Programmer Cum Operator

💼 Experience: 5 –10+ Years

✅ Job Responsibilities:

• CNC VMC machine programming and operation.

• Prepare and modify programs as per component drawings.

• Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.

• Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.

• Optimize machining cycle time and improve productivity.

• Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy of components.

• Handle production planning and machine utilization.

• Troubleshoot machine and programming-related issues.

• Coordinate with quality and production departments.

• Maintain production records and machine maintenance schedules.

✅ Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of CNC VMC Programming (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi Controller).

• Experience in manufacturing motor parts, couplings, and precision components.

• Knowledge of tooling, fixture design, and cutting parameters.

• Ability to work independently on programming and machine operation.

• Familiarity with surface finishing and machining processes.

• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.

• Leadership and team-handling skills preferred.

🎯 Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

• Strong experience in CNC VMC programming and production management.

• Quality-focused and result-oriented professional.
