CNC/VMC Machine Operator

We are looking for a CNC/VMC OPPRATOR to join our team DIVYA MANPOWER RESOURCES PVT LTD. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of Rs.21800 to 23800 Salary and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Casting Parts Machining Experience:

  Preferable experience with LPDC, HPDC, or GDC casting components.

  Machine Knowledge & Troubleshooting:

  Understanding of CNC/VMC functioning, alarms, and M-codes.

  Inspection & Quality Tools:

  Skilled in using gauges (Plug, Snap, Height, Thread, etc.) and conducting product checks.

  Process Control & Documentation:

  Familiarity with Poka-yoke controls, routine machine checks, and report/check sheet documentation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum DIPLOMA and Experience 1 Year to 4 years in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
