Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Router machines for furniture and modular kitchen manufacturing.
Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
Read and understand 2D drawings and cutting layouts.
Set machine parameters, tools, and cutting speeds as per requirements.
Cut and process MDF, plywood, HDHMR, and other board materials accurately.
Check dimensions and quality of finished components.
Perform regular machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Minimize material wastage and ensure timely completion of work.
Follow all workshop safety rules and maintain discipline.
Required Skills:
Experience in CNC Router machine operation and programming.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and CNC nesting.
Understanding of furniture and modular kitchen drawings.
Knowledge of cutting tools, machine settings, and material sizes.
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and programming issues.
