Job Description

CNC Turning Operator – Jeanuvs Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

Set up CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements and engineering specifications.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely.
Install, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and workpieces.
Perform tool setting, tool offset corrections, and wear compensation.
Operate CNC/VMC machines to achieve daily production targets.
Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and drawing tolerances.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate production records.

Required Qualifications

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of experience operating CNC/VMC machines.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.).
Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, offsets, and quality inspection.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
