Role & Qualifications

1. Job Roles Available: CNC Machine Operator, VMC Operator, VMC Programmer, SETTERS, Lathe Machine Operator.

2. Educational Qualification: 10th, +2 (PUC), ITI, Diploma / BE, or Any Degree Qualification.

3. Experience Required: Freshers / Experienced persons (Experienced candidates will receive a 10% salary increase).

Salary & Compensation Structure

2. Fresher Candidates Details

1. Base Take-Home Salary (8-hour shift): ₹18,000/- per month

Note: Experienced candidates, please bring your salary slip.

Overtime (OT) Calculation: ₹80 per hour × 4 hours daily × 26 days = ₹8,320/-

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/-

Total Monthly Salary (Including OT): ₹25,000 to ₹50,000/-

3. Additional Benefits: ESIC + PF + Canteen facilities

Working Conditions & Benefits

1. Working Hours: 8 hours standard duty + 4 hours mandatory daily Overtime (OT).

2. Work Schedule: 26 working days per month with a weekly off.
