Job Description

Operating Responsibilities:

 On daily basis ( in shifts ) set & run the CNC machines as per plan given

 Hands on experience of CNC Turning & Turn mill machines operating

 Should have a through operating knowledge of machines like LMW , Mazak ,

Nakamura etc

 Should have knowledge of 2D programming while CAM software knowledge is

desirable

 Should have hands on working knowledge for handling quality instruments like

Micrometre, Vernier Calliper , Bore gauge , Digital Height gauge etc

 Should have good knowledge of cutting tools like Milling cutters & inserts , End mills ,

Drills , Taps , thread mills etc.

 Should have a very good knowledge of the complex part drawing , understanding ,

reading etc.
