Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Program and optimize Citizen & Star sliding head CNC machines.
Perform machine setup, prove-out, and first-piece approval.
Optimize cycle time, tool life, and machining processes.
Read engineering drawings and GD&T.
Select cutting tools and machining parameters.
Troubleshoot machining and quality issues.
Support new product development and process validation.
Maintain CNC program and setup documentation.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering or ITI Turner.
5+ years of experience in Citizen/Star Swiss-type CNC programming.
Experience in medical device, aerospace, or precision machining preferred.

Skills Required

Citizen & Star CNC programming
Fanuc Control, G & M Code
GD&T and drawing interpretation
Tooling and process optimization
Precision measurement (Micrometer, CMM, Height Gauge)

Preferred Materials

Titanium
SS316L / SS304
Implant and surgical instrument components
