Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: [Thervoy kandigai Sipcot] - Thiruvallur
Experience: Minimum 1 year as CNC Machine Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Turning / VMC machines as per production requirements.

• Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Perform machine setting, tool changes, offsets, and component loading/unloading.

• Understand and modify basic CNC programs using G-Code and M-Code.

• Perform dimensional inspection using vernier, micrometer, and other measuring instruments.

• Maintain required quality, accuracy, and production targets.

• Identify machining issues and report them to the supervisor.

• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.

• Knowledge of CNC programming, G-Code & M-Code is required.

• Basic knowledge of tool offsets, tool wear compensation, and machine settings.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

• Knowledge of CNC Turning / VMC operations preferred.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.

• Experience in Conventional Lathe Machine operation experience is an added advantage.

• Experience in EDM machine operator is an added advantage.
