Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines for manufacturing precision components. The candidate should have experience in machine setup, operation, and quality inspection while ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Turning/Milling/VMC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
Perform machine setting and tool changes when required.
Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues or breakdowns.
Maintain production records and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in the work area.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
Knowledge of production and quality standards.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
