CNC Machine Operator

Trupti Enterprises is seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure high-quality output and efficient manufacturing processes. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to daily production requirements.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

• Select appropriate tools, materials, and fixtures for each production run.

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain precision and product quality.

• Conduct regular inspections of finished components using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance schedules.

• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, notifying supervisors when needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operating procedures.

• Collaborate with supervisors, quality teams, and maintenance staff to improve workflow and productivity.
