CNC Machine Operator

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for a recent graduate with a BE, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality tyre moulds.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.) to fabricate precision parts for tyre moulds

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand product specifications.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to safety protocols.

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and keep the work area clean and organized.

• Conduct quality checks on finished products using measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.

Requirements

• BE, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related discipline.

• Strong interest in CNC machine operation and manufacturing processes.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
