Salary & Benefits

• ITI: ₹16,300 per month

• Diploma: ₹18,000 per month

• Engineering Graduates: ₹18,500 per month

• Overtime (OT): Paid as per company norms

• Fixed Sunday Week Off

Shift Timings

• Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Night Shift: 12:30 AM – 7:30 AM
  

Job Summary

Texmo Industries is hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Freshers for the role of CNC Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for ITI, Diploma, and Engineering graduates to begin their careers in the manufacturing industry. Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and gain hands-on experience in operating CNC machines while following company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production.

• Perform basic machine setup and make minor adjustments when required.

• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the work area.

• Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions.

• Adhere to all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

• Report machine issues or abnormalities to the concerned supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or Electronics.

• Basic knowledge of CNC machines and manufacturing processes is an added advantage.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Good learning attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills.
