CNC Machine Operator

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, or grinders) according to production specifications.

• Load raw materials and ensure proper machine calibration and alignment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work orders.

• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or quality issues.

• Inspect finished parts using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to meet tolerance requirements.

• Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.

• Document production data, including part counts, times, and any deviations.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality control personnel.
