Job Description

Operate CNC machines such as Laser Cutting, Plasma, Bending, VMC/HMC (as applicable)
Set up jobs on CNC machines as per job card and engineering drawings
Load and run CNC programs correctly
Read and understand fabrication and engineering drawings
Perform cutting, drilling, bending, and other fabrication-related operations
Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy
Check finished parts for dimensions, finish, and quality
Carry out daily basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine
Report machine issues, breakdowns, or program errors to the supervisor
Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and use PPE at all times
Meet production targets within defined timelines
