CNC Operator

Responsibilities:

· Set up CNC/VMC machines with fixtures, tools, and zero reference.

· Load programs and verify correct tool offsets and pathing.

· Conduct first piece approval and support operators for quality run.

· Minimize changeover and reduce non-productive time.

· Operate CNC milling/VMC machines as per instructions.

· Load/unload parts, maintain reference setting and fixture accuracy.

· Follow machining drawings and ensure in-process inspection.

· Maintain cleanliness, tool condition, and machine parameters during the shift.
