Job Title: VMC Programmer & Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC Programmer with strong supervisory capabilities to oversee machining operations and ensure smooth production activities. The candidate will be responsible for creating CNC programs, setting up machines, optimizing production processes, and leading a team to achieve quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming & Machine Operations:

• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines using CAD/CAM software Delcam

• Set up VMC machines, select tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficient machining.

• Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documents for programming and machining.

• Troubleshoot machining issues, improve cycle time, and reduce tool wear and scrap.

• Ensure proper machine maintenance and calibration for smooth operations.

Production Supervision:

• Plan and allocate daily production tasks to operators and machinists.

• Supervise machining processes to ensure timely completion of production targets.

• Monitor quality at each stage and coordinate with the QA team for inspections.

• Train and guide operators in machine handling, tool usage, and safety practices.

• Maintain records of production, downtime, and rejections for reporting.

• Ensure compliance with safety and ISO/5S standards in the production area.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
