CNC Milling/Turning/5 Axis Operator

Qualification & Experience: ITI/Diploma Mechanical | 2–5 Years

Preferred Industry: Defence, Aerospace, Precision Engineering, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate CNC Milling machines for precision aerospace and defence components.

· Read engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.

· Perform tool offset corrections and machine setting verification.

· Conduct in-process inspection using verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.

· Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.

· Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.

Required Skills:

· Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

· Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.

· Understanding of aerospace quality requirements.

· Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
