Machine Setup & Operation: Load raw materials, set up tooling, and prepare/run test cycles to ensure output accuracy.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and translate technical drawings, schematics, and work orders into required machine commands.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and adjust machine offsets to correct any deviations.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning) and troubleshoot mechanical or programming errors.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean work environment and strictly adhere to all factory health and safety protocols. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
