Job Description

Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Set tools, fixtures, and workpieces on machines.
Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments when required.
Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain production records and job reports.
Report machine issues, tool wear, and quality concerns to supervisors.
Follow workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
