Operate CNC Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) according to work instructions and programs
Load and unload components using fixtures, pallets, or handling equipment
Verify CNC programs and offsets before machining
Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy, surface finish, and cycle time adherence
Measure and inspect components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges
