Job Title: CNC Operator (Turning)
Qualification: ITI in Fitter or Mechanical
Experience: Fresher / Semi-Skilled / Skilled
Location: Surajpur
Working Days: 6 days/week
Client: Manufacturing Company
Overtime: 3.5 hours OT available

Salary Structure:

• Fresher: ₹12,200 + 3.5 hours overtime

• Semi-Skilled: ₹14,000 + 3.5 hours overtime

• Skilled: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 + 3.5 hours overtime

Job Description

We are looking for CNC Turning Operators to operate and maintain CNC turning machines in a manufacturing setup. Candidates should have basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn and work in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC turning machines as per instructions

• Load/unload components and ensure accurate machining

• Perform basic measurements using Vernier, Micrometer, etc.

• Monitor machine operations and report abnormalities

• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines

• Support production targets and quality standards

Requirements:

• ITI in Fitter or Mechanical (mandatory)

• Fresher / Semi-skilled / Skilled candidates welcome

• Basic understanding of CNC turning operations preferred

• Ability to work in shifts and handle repetitive tasks
