Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Ecotech 11, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Shift: 12 Hours
Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing unit at Ecotech 11, Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring quality production, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine operation and basic knowledge of CNC programming.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines (VMC/Lathe/Milling) as per production requirements
Load raw materials and set up machines properly
Read and understand technical drawings and work instructions
Monitor machine operations and ensure components meet quality standards
Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
Make minor program adjustments if required
Replace tools and maintain proper tool offsets
Maintain daily production records
Follow safety guidelines and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience as a CNC Operator
Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of measuring instruments
Good mathematical and mechanical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in 12-hour shift
