About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to develop CNC programs and operate programming systems for precision manufacturing of components used in control rooms, control desks, panels, and other workspace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify CNC programs based on engineering drawings and production requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
Generate CNC programs using appropriate programming software.
Set and optimize cutting parameters, tool paths, and machining processes.
Coordinate with the Production and Design/Engineering teams for smooth execution.
Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of components.
Optimize programs to reduce material wastage, machining time, and production cost.
Maintain CNC programming records and follow safety and quality standards.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T basics.
Knowledge of CNC machines, tools, cutting parameters, and tooling.
Experience with CNC programming software/CAM software.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or a related field.
