Job Description – CNC Operator

Position: CNC Operator
Qualification: ITI (Machinist/Turner/Fitter)
Experience: 1–5 Years
Location: Vasai (E)
Shift: 8 Hours Rotational

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Turning, Milling, and Grinding machines.
Perform machine setup, tool setting, and job loading.
Read engineering drawings and process sheets.
Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
Maintain quality standards and production targets.
Follow safety and housekeeping guidelines.

Skills Required

Experience in Turning, Grinding & Face Grinding.
Knowledge of FANUC, Haas, LMW, or Mazak controllers.
Ability to use Vernier, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge.
