Programming and Setup:
Develop and optimize CNC setter programs using software siemens or Fanuc .
programming, setup, and operation.
Set up CNC machines (lathes, mills, routers) according to job specifications and engineering drawings.
Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and attachments.
Operation and Monitoring:
Operate CNC machines to produce parts within specified tolerances.
Diagnose and resolve CNC machine issues, including mechanical, electrical, and programming problems.
erform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.
