v Setting – 6 to 8 setting per day according to the complexity
v Log sheet has to be completed and got verified by reporting head need to submit to respective authority
v Cost per component (CPC) reduction.
v Cycle Time reduction

v Mentoring & Training the Operator for all the machines under my control
v Will handle solely 24 machines
v Soft Jaws Boring - I will perform soft jaw boring tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precise and accurate results that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
v Program Recall - I will efficiently recall and utilize existing programs, thereby streamlining the production process and contributing to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the CNC operations.
v First-Off Approval in CNC Machine: I will prioritize the timely and accurate approval of the first-off production in the CNC machine, guaranteeing that all components meet the required specifications and adhere to the established quality standards.
v Program Writing

v Getting Off set Approval
v Tool Monitoring
v Updating Hourly Production
v Before setting required Tools need to be planned accordingly
v Monitoring and Maintaining the Machine Cleanliness
v Micrometer, Air Plug gauge and Vernier Caliper instrument Checking
v " 5 S"- 24 Machines
v Rejection less than 100ppm
v Air Ring Guages setting need to be done
v In the absence of the designated machine operator (due to leave or other reason), the setter is responsible for the operating the machine to ensure uninterrupted production.
