Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and set up 3-axis CNC Milling machines.

• Prepare and execute 2D CNC programs based on job requirements.

• Interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining symbols.

• Work with G & M codes for machine operations.

• Handle boring tools and ensure precise machining.

• Conduct tool offset adjustments, speed/feed settings, and basic troubleshooting.

• Inspect components using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).

• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of 2D programming.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Practical understanding of G & M codes.

• Experience with boring tools and tool setting.

• Basic understanding of machining tolerances.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and set up 5-axis CNC Milling machines.

• Create and modify 2D/3D toolpaths as required for advanced machining.

• Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.

• Work efficiently with G & M codes and machine controls.

• Perform precision machining operations using boring tools and advanced cutters.

• Conduct machine offset adjustments, calibration, and troubleshooting.

• Inspect finished components using precision measurement tools.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with 5-axis milling operations.

• Strong 2D programming knowledge (3D knowledge is an added advantage).

• Good understanding of drawings, GD&T, and machining sequences.

• Familiarity with G & M codes and CNC controllers.

• Experience with tooling and boring operations.
