CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator (Swiss type CNC) to join our team [••PFT••]. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹50000 - ₹60000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

OperateTsugamisliding head (Swiss-type) CNC machines during production

 Loadrawmaterials and monitormachine performance throughout the machining cycle

 Performin-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments

 Makeminormachineadjustments, including tool offsets and wear compensation

 Readandinterpret blueprints, GD&T symbols, and job travelers

 Identify, document, and report non-conforming parts or machine issues

 Ensureadherence to quality, safety, and production procedures

 Maintainaccurateproduction and inspection records

 Supportpreventive maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting

 Maintainaclean andorganized workstation (5S standards

Qualifications & Skills

 Highschooldiploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)

 Experience operating Tsugami or similar sliding head (Swiss-type) CNC machines

 Basicunderstanding of CNC machining processes and tooling

 Ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators)

 Knowledgeofquality standards and inspection methods

 Strongattention to detail and problem-solving skills  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 5 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
