Job Title: CNC Setter

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE Mechanical

Experience: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up CNC machines as per production requirements.

- Load and unload tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

- Perform machine offsets and basic program verification.

- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure quality standards.

- Monitor machine performance and maintain production targets.

- Follow safety, quality, and 5S guidelines on the shop floor.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of CNC machine setting and tooling.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

- Basic understanding of machining processes and quality checks.

- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
