Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines (router, panel saw, etc.) for cutting wood, MDF, plywood, laminates, and other materials
Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and cutting lists
Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters accurately
Load and unload raw materials safely
Ensure quality control and accuracy of finished products
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow
Minimize material wastage and optimize machine usage
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of CNC programming (AutoCAD / CAM software preferred)
Experience in furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out industry
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
Knowledge of materials like MDF, plywood, laminates, acrylic, etc.
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills

Preferred Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Carpentry / CNC Operations
Experience with nesting software and CNC routers
Familiarity with edge banding and furniture production processes

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience)

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work in shifts if required
Team player with good coordination skills
Physically fit for shop floor work
