CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC Press Brake / Bending Machines.

• Read and understand technical drawings and fabrication drawings.

• Perform sheet metal bending with accuracy as per required dimensions and angles.

• Select, set, and align tools and dies properly.

• Carry out daily inspection and basic maintenance of the machine.

• Ensure quality checks using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, protractor, height gauge, etc.).

• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean working area.

• Achieve daily production targets within given timelines.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Knowledge of CNC Press Brake operation and basic programming.

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Practical knowledge of measuring tools and instruments.

• Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Fitter / relevant trade).

• 1–3 years of CNC Bending / Press Brake operation experience (freshers can apply if trained).

Other Requirements:

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexible to work in shifts / overtime.

• Physically fit and safety conscious.
