Job Title: CNC Operator/Setter – HMC, VMC & VTL

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced CNC Operators/Setters to work on HMC (Horizontal Machining Center), VMC (Vertical Machining Center), and VTL (Vertical Turning Lathe) machines. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce high-precision components as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC HMC, VMC, and VTL machines.

• Interpret engineering drawings and job instructions.

• Select tools, set offsets, and load programs.

• Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using measuring instruments.

• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and dimensions.

• Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance.

• Follow safety, quality, and production standards.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production or relevant trade.

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC HMC/VMC/VTL operations and settings.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Skilled in using precision measuring tools (micrometer, vernier, height gauge, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming (added advantage).
