Job Description

  • Operate CNC turning, milling, drilling, or machining center machines.

  • Load raw materials and tools into the machine.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

  • Set machine parameters and offsets as per production requirements.

  • Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.

  • Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.

  • Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues.

  • Replace worn tools and perform basic machine maintenance.

  • Maintain production records and inspection reports.

  • Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company policies.
